In the Bells Bands and Bodyweight workout protocol we will be using metabolic training (HIIT) and will move from exercise to exercise for a specific time period.

Your workouts will be set up in mini blocks which will target a specific muscle group with each muscle group containing a dumbbellresistance band and bodyweight exercise.

YOU will first perform the dumbbell exercise with a weigh that is heavy and challenging followed by a resistance band exercise of the same movement and finally a bodyweight exercise that targets the same muscle group.

Incorporating this type of training is going to take your gains to the next level and even help you break through any training plateaus that you may be experiencing.

The BBB Hybrid Workouts help place a challenge on your muscle by presenting different type of resistance for the body part with each exercise. When you combine all 3 it places a different challenge to your muscles that they have to adapt to forcing better results faster.

Combining dumbbellsresistance bands and bodyweight exercises is a great way to challenge your muscles in a way that forces your body adapt to a new movement pattern, thus helping you effectively make progress

Inside the Bands Bells and Bodyweight 28 Day Guide we are going to be using dumbbells, resistance bands and your bodyweight to help build more muscle, improve strength, boost your power, burn fat and increase your cardio and conditioning.

The program and printable schedule is laid out for you in a simple easy to follow, done for you structure so that you have clear and concise path over 28 days to getting results…no more guess work.

 

 

All you have to do is follow along with each workout in the order I have in the Bands, Bells and Bodyweight  and you’ll develop a the full athletic performance and physique.

4 Weeks Of Follow Along Bands, Bells, & Bodyweight Workouts

For the next 28 days I’ll give you 3 main workouts per week using dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight and a BONUS resistance band workout. You can use all workouts in the comfort of your own home.

I’ve filmed every workout in the program so it’ll be like I’m right there… coaching you through each of the Bands, Bells and Bodyweight workouts with you. Using follow along videos so all you have to do is click play… follow along with me… put in your best

 

And you’ll build muscle, burn fat, improve strength and explosive power while developing your athletic body

Each workout inside the program is safe and will support and strengthen your joints and the “hidden muscles” that traditional workouts never reach.

Warmups, Post Stretch, & Recover Routines

Warming up your muscles before these workouts are important so I have including follow along warm up videos for you to use to ensure you are ready to maximize the results from your workouts.

Post Workout Stretch is an essential part of each training session, so I have included post workout stretch routines to help you recovery, decrease DOMS and improve performance.

 

Finally on your recovery days, I have included Alpha ROM (Range Of Motion) routines to help you recovery and ensure you stay injury FREE.
