Sleep & shred is an AMAZING product. I've tried so many products to help me Sleep. Not one comes close to sound Sleep I get with Sleep & Shred. My Sleep schedule is on point for the first time, Honestly I just dose off next thing I know alarm is ringing and best part I feel RESTED not groggy.
